Request forms for RENITA Inhouse coverage
General context of fire prevention
If the ITM precriptions (ITM-SST 1501, 1502 and 1503) for your building mention requirements for inhouse communication of public safety and relief personnel, the guide "Couverture RENITA", published on the internet site of CGDIS, will be needed to fill in the RENITA Inhouse request forms.

If the functional utility (exploitation/utilisation) of your building is mentioned in the table in chapter 3 of said guide, please note its type number on the RENITA Inhouse request form available below.
RENITA Inhouse request forms
Permission request to install a RENITA Inhouse coverage system inside a building or request to be granted an exemption from doing so:
Attachments to complete and add, depending on the type of installation:
- For a new installation:

- For the modification of an existing installation (with an associated RIP-number):
